Party Booking Terms & Conditions

Letting Agreement for Party Bookings

  1. Party Bookings are for 2 hours at the cost advertised at the time, and are for up to 25 children dependant on the package selected.
  2. A party can only be held on a Sunday, subject to availability.
  3. Staff will set up the gym for the party and will be attendance throughout to oversee the activities. They will arrange games if required.
  4. The staff have the authority to prohibit any actitivies they consider to dangerous.

The following conditions apply to all party bookings:

  1. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date.
  2. The booking form must be completed in full at the time of booking. (A paper version is available from the gym on request)
  3. The balance must be paid in full at least 21 days before the party date. Failure to pay on time will result in the booking being cancelled.
  4. The party organiser must
    • Ensure that all parents of attending guests are aware that this party is being held in a gymnastics centre and the children should dress appropriately.
    • No shoes or socks are to be worn inside the Gym.
    • Keep a list of contact numbers for all children attending without their parents so they can be contacted in case of an emergency.
    • Take note of the emergency exits.
  5. Not all gymnastics equipment is appropriate for a party, and as such the staff will point out equipment that is out of bounds. For example the foam pit and trampolines.
  6. If any children have pre-existing injuries (eg: with limbs in plaster) they will not be permitted to participate.
  7. No adults are permitted to use the equipment.

Organisation

  1. The organiser is responsible for
    • Providing a table covering and decoration if required.
    • The provision of any food, drink, plates, Cups etc.
    • No alcohol is permitted on the premises.
    • No food or drink is permitted in the Gym, only the dedicated party space.
  2. The premises will be open 15 mins before the party and must be cleared 15 mins after the session has ended. Please vacuum up the party area before you leave.
  3. Kitchen – The organiser is free to use this facility however it must be left clean and tidy. There is a water boiler to help make any hot drinks you wish to bring and provide.
  4. Please assist the club by removing all rubbish at the end of your party.
