Overview

We’ve launched our online store as an easy way to see booking availability and introduce card payments for parties and holiday camps.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Relating to party packages.

Spalding Gymnastics requests a non-refundable booking deposit upon booking a party package, this is to secure your chosen time slot. The full balance for your party is due 28 days before your party date.

If you require to cancel your booking we reserve the right to retain the deposit. In most occasions we will endeavour to re-arrange your party for an alternative date. Once you have made extra contributions towards the cost of your party, these payments will be refunded in the case of cancellation, provided you cancel with more than 72 hours notice. Please contact us by phone, email or in person should you need to cancel at short notice.

Cancellation & refund policy relating to holiday camp bookings.

All bookings for holiday camps require full payment at the time of booking. If you require to cancel a booking we will allow you to move to alternative session subject to availability. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on holiday camp bookings if you cannot make a pre-booked session. In exceptional circumstances where no alternative session is available Spalding Gymnastics may apply discretion and offer a partial refund. If you feel exceptional circumstances apply you should speak to us, and give us more than 72 hours notice.

In the extremely unlikely event that an issue occurs resulting in Spalding Gymnastics unable to run a holiday camp session we reserve the right to cancel the session or sessions. We will endeavour to offer an alternative session to everyone impacted or a full refund for the session whichever is preferred. (To date we have never had to do this!)
